In general, the User’s data is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following  purposes: contacting the user, sending email messages, interacting with social networks, for statistical purposes and displaying  content  from  external platforms  .

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent  acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data  included  in the  message.

Completion of the data collection form (to request information)       

The website’s “CONTACTS” page allows interested parties to get in touch with  RN CAFFE’  and obtain  further information on its activity and on the Consortium’s initiatives, by filling in a specific  data collection form. The form requires the insertion of some personal data (such as name and e-mail), data that will be processed,  manually  and  also  through  the use  of  IT tools  by the staff of the RN CAFFE’ , specifically appointed, exclusively to respond to the request of the ‘user. THE             personal  data introduced  in the  Form  are  mandatory  and  the  relative  processing  for  the  purposes  indicated above  is strictly functional to the execution of what is requested. We specify that at any time the User can exercise, by directly addressing the Data Controller, the rights recognized by the art. 15-22 of the GDPR, and explained in the appropriate section called “RIGHTS OF                       INTERESTED”.

Information request for courses in the “Accademia Bonito” section      

The website in the “Accademia Bonito” section allows interested parties to request information regarding the courses  organized by the structure by entering  any data (such as  name and e-mail address).  These data will be processed by  RN CAFFE’ for purposes related to course organization and commercial activities. The processing will be  carried out  manually  and  using  IT tools ,  with methods strictly connected to the purposes indicated above by the specially appointed RN CAFFE’ staff, exclusively to respond to the user’s request. The data          personal data introduced in the Form are strictly functional to the execution of what is requested. We specify that at any  time the User can exercise, by directly addressing the Data Controller, the rights recognized by the art. 15-22  of the GDPR, and explained in the appropriate section called  “RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES “.        

Posting photos and videos _    

The website and/or the social pages connected to it allow interested parties to view their photos and videos,  collected during events, projects, courses or company visits. These data will be processed by the Data Controller for purposes  related to the presentation of products or projects and the organization of events. The treatment will be carried out with  IT and telematic tools with methods strictly connected to the purposes indicated above. The data will be processed  until  the explicit consent is revoked and  will subsequently be deleted, unless otherwise indicated           of the interested party. The provision of data is optional, it is possible to request their removal from this site and from the  company archives. The data is disclosed only on this site and associated social pages and will be processed  exclusively for the aforementioned purposes by specifically appointed personnel. The interested party is asked, after  evaluating the above, to provide us with your consent to the processing (through the explicit request during the  recording of photos and videos, in the case of events that are not considered public). The interested party may exercise  the rights recognized by the Data Controller at any time by contacting  the  Data Controller       current  legislation  on  the  protection  of  personal data  . 

Data entry for online purchases via E-commerce      

The website allows interested parties to select products in the E-commerce section and, in order to be able to  complete the purchase of these products, some personal data are requested (such as personal data, email, telephone number,  billing address  , etc. …). These data will be processed by the Data Controller for purposes related to commercial activities and shipment management. The treatment will be carried out with IT and telematic tools with                 modalities strictly connected to the purposes indicated above. The data will be processed until the explicit consent is revoked and  will subsequently be deleted, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party. The provision of data is binding on the  successful outcome of the sale. The data will not be disclosed and will be processed exclusively for the  aforementioned purposes by specially appointed personnel.  The interested party is asked, after evaluating the above  to  provide us  with confirmation of  having read this information The interested party can at any time            exercise, by contacting the Data Controller, the rights recognized by the current legislation on the protection of  personal data.

Subscription to newsletters  

In the section where subscription to the Newsletter is requested, the website allows interested parties to send the  subscription to our newsletter together with any data (such as name, e-mail address). These data will be  processed by RN CAFFE’ for purposes related to the sending of commercial communications and related to events,  courses, sponsorship of new products. The treatment will be carried out with IT and telematic tools with methods  strictly connected to the purposes indicated above. The data will be processed until the explicit consent is revoked and  will subsequently be deleted, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party. The provision of data is optional. The  data  does not will be  disseminated and  will be processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes by specifically appointed personnel The interested party is asked, after evaluating the above to provide us with confirmation of having read this information and your consent to the processing (by confirming by email and placing a flag in the appropriate space below the collection form data). The interested party can at any time                            exercise, by contacting the Data Controller, the rights recognized by the current legislation on the protection of  personal data.

Methods of treatment : The treatment is carried out by adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. In particular, the treatment is carried out through:

  •  IT  tools , with  organizational methods  strictly related to the purposes indicated above ;       
  • Outsourcing  of processing operations to  third parties  ;
